What I love about this piece

• This piece feels really unique and primal, which is very signature to my art. I used so many different forms of natural agate in it, from super crystalline areas to geodes with banding, pure geodes, and pure banding, which makes the whole piece feel really special and full of detail!

•  I love how many crystals and crystal centers come through in this piece. The fins, especially the feet, are some of my favorite parts and just make me really happy when I look at it. I also love the colors in this one. It feels cheerful to me.

• This piece is named Artemis because of the moon expedition happening at the same time I was carving it... the center stone reminded me of a distant moon or planet
